Reducing the use of sleeping pills
In 2023, 56.25% of HALEO program participants were using sleeping pills. By the end of their program, 66% of these clients had reduced or stopped using medication. Our results are in line with clinical research that demonstrates combining gradual withdrawal with psychotherapeutic care increases the success of participants.
