EHN Intensive Outpatient Programs

EHN’s Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are virtual and can be an option for clients with mild to moderate substance use, mood or anxiety concerns. They can also be used as a step down from inpatient treatment if clients need further support after an inpatient stay or, as an option for pre-stabilization before an inpatient stay. There are three streams of treatment within our IOPs:

  • Concurrent Addiction & Mental Health
  • Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders
  • Workplace Trauma – exclusively offered to first responders, military, and frontline workers.

All Intensive Outpatient programs include:

  • Sessions delivered by Masters-Level, registered clinicians specializing in online mental health
  • 8 weeks of Intensive Therapy
    • 8 hours of group (4 days @ 2 hours each)
    • 1 hour of individual therapy per week
  • 10 months of Aftercare (weekly 2 hour group sessions)
  • Family Education Webinar Series
