Ashley Duncan, Runner
Ashley is a CRD Fire Communications Operator. She has been a long distance runner since 2015. Breaking the stigma around mental health has been a major passion of hers for many years. She has dealt with her own personal struggles since childhood and has seen the impact of PTSD among peers and friends.
This cause runs deeply with her and she truly believes a small group of people can come together and impact the world.
She is honoured to be apart of the team this year and looking forward to making a difference.
