Ashley is a CRD Fire Communications Operator. She has been a long distance runner since 2015. Breaking the stigma around mental health has been a major passion of hers for many years. She has dealt with her own personal struggles since childhood and has seen the impact of PTSD among peers and friends.<\/p>\n
